On Mornings....

Do you have a morning routine? If you don’t let me encourage you to create one.


Here’s mine: I get up put on workout clothes, get my coffee, read my daily affirmation, journal and then head out the door for my 40 minute bike ride. I listen to an audiobook Or podcast while I’m writing (Highly recommend Atomic Habits by James Clear- so so good).


The reason I believe that a morning routine is so important is because it grounds you and get you going for the day.


I come home after my bike ride invigorated and excited for my day?
